I don’t know about you but I have this habit of looking at ripe avocados and imagining guacamole, creamy, zesty, spicy guacamole. I’m a bit of a guacamole fanatic, I will never buy it from a store pre made, and I have a hard time ordering it when out because of the many disappointed times, I still ate it though.
This is a salad on toast, sort of, but let’s call it that to feel better about eating it. Avocados are creamy and I try to add them to a lot of food, salads, salsas, dips, etc. Basically it’s universal and any time you want an extra layer of creamy to anything, you add it in.
